Yesterday you received the assignment to take one of the Poetry 180 poems and make it your own. You will be required to choose a poem, to delete, to change, to add to and to embellish into one that makes a personal statement. But the real requirement is to take that assignment to the next level. Create a presentation of some type through music, technology, creativity, imagery - whatever it takes to personalize the piece, to make it your own and to convey the message to others. The painting here, is part of a project that one student did in the past utilizing the poem "The Other End of the Telescope." The project is due February 20th.
